Tax Nimbus Canada collects your personal and confidential information so that we can provide the best service possible. It is important to be transparent with income tax returns and understand the customers complete tax information, amongst other personal and confidential information that may affect certain income tax return results and/or entered information.

If Tax Nimbus Canada needs to use your personal and confidential information for any other reason other than the mandated contract (income tax return), we will contact and identify that information with you.
Tax Nimbus Canada may use certain personal information to better understand our customers, as well as alert you about new and future product offerings through e-mail, phone, and mail messages for our marketing material.

We may receive your consent through written, electronic means or verbally. Consent can also be implied by an action that you have taken.

However, refusing consent means that Tax Nimbus Canada will not be able to provide the best of services to our customers, or have the means, and information to complete the mandate and/or service.

Tax Nimbus Canada protects personal and confidential information as best as we can. There are security safeguards in place to any sensitive information. We restrict all information based on staff levels in order to better serve you. We also have policies in place to preserve and restrict all information received from the customer, including physical, electronic and online securities to better service our customers and keep their personal and confidential information well kept. To enhance our safe keeping and security, we have developed data management processes to better serve you.
Tax Nimbus Canada only retains personal information for as long as necessary or required for the purposes it was collected, or by law. Any personal and confidential information that is no longer needed to be held will be destroyed, and any intellectual information will never be spoken of.
Tax Nimbus Canada will take all necessary steps to keep you, the customers, personal and confidential information as secure as possible under our possession.
